Shipping Policy

We Ship To Most Countries For Free.  All Prices Are In NZD or USD.

All products and prices on our website include Free Standard Shipping Worldwide.  We ship our products from New Zealand.

We aim to process and dispatch your orders as soon as possible preferably in 2 business days between Monday-Friday.  We do not process orders on weekends.  Your orders will be delivered via NZ Post, Courier Post or DHL as appropriate.

*Please Note these timescales should be used as a guideline only.  Estimated delivery excludes customs clearance processing time.  When you are experiencing a delay in items sent from outside of your country, it is often due to your country’s customs clearance processing time and local mail services.  We appreciate that you take this into consideration when waiting for delivery of your order.  Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays that may cause by your country’s customs clearance processes.

*International Orders: For some reason, on very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 4-8 weeks. This may take even longer for some slow-to-ship countries in some parts of Asia and Europe.  

New Zealand Delivery

Delivery time will take 3-4 business days for New Zealand, and 4-5 business days for rural areas in New Zealand. 

Worldwide Delivery (Europe, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and the Rest of the World).

Delivery time will take 8-12 business days for International orders.

If you find that your orders have been delayed, it is often due to your local mail services and customs procedures.  We appreciate that you consider this matter when waiting for your orders to be delivered to your destination.

If you had already placed your orders and we found it to be out of stock, we will certainly notify you immediately via email to avoid further delays and we can organize these for you.

Please note that if you provide an incorrect delivery address upon checking out, and that your orders have been returned to us, Bonjour Skin Ltd will not be liable for this and no refund will be issued.

If your local courier services are finding it difficult and unable to locate and deliver your orders to your address, this may lead your package to be returned to us and we are not liable for this.  No refund will be issued due to an incorrect address.

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide us with your correct shipping address upon checkout to ensure that your delivery address is reachable and known to your courier local services.

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

We make our products in small batches so it stays fresh and it can take 1-2 or 2-3 working days to process and dispatch.

WHAT DAY OF THE WEEK CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

We can only ship between Monday and Fridays.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Please Note:  It is important that you provide us with your correct shipping address.  It is your responsibility for missing orders or orders that are delivered to wrong addresses because of an incorrect address that you had given us.  We always try to speed up the processing and shipping times, and therefore you won’t have enough time to change, modify or cancel your orders.  If you decide to change your shipping address, we recommend you to write us an email immediately so we can amend this accordingly.

However, please note that we can always guarantee that your changes can be modified due to varying time limits.  If we find that it is too late to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, you can easily return your orders as soon as you receive them.  And ensure that the products are unopened and are still in good condition.  We also encourage you to email us first and read our Exchange, Return and Refund Policy prior to returning your orders.
